a tale of rum and coke..
was at ian's place yesterday, yeap in true bastard behaviour, we arrived fashionably late. when we arrived the party already started with hommies stuffing themselves out with the wonderful macaroni and speghetti balognase. also on the menu was garlic bread and crackers with cream cheese/some meat spread i forgot the name. in true napkin man fashion before i started on the food, i grabbed the barcardi superior from mark and made me a nice rum and coke.it was good.(at this stage brian will say it sounds the creation in genesis). yeah, after cd's were being changed and wine was served(i din have any) and more rum for me please. then the sweet dudes pulled out a cake from nowhere for the birthday boy, was ice cream cake too, yum yum, which i washed down with some rum rum. ok the atmosphere was great, ian had a very nice cosy house, the air con was just nice, but we were missing out on something, or someone rather. if u hadn't guess, it was our cell leader adrian. apparently he was at a indian wedding dinner.(coinkeedink, we were watching indian movie at ian's place too.)
the party moved on to bandangles. this pub near coronation plaza. well i shared a jug of vodka cranberry with brian, the staff thought they could away with just giving us cranberry. instead of choosing the rash and direct approach that clement opt for(which got us nothing more), i asked the waiter nicely to taste the drink, and he agreed to add somemore vodka in it (at this point im not sure if there's pui juice in it) . so bottom line, don't be too hasty, ask and it shall be given unto you.
funny i only felt dizzy when i was trying to sleep. still i manage to drag myself to church at a relatively early time of 0930(not bad ok considering i slept at 130).service was good, pastor daniel preached about how to worship. (ok i included tis so along the course of this week i will remember what he preached) and we followed up with adrian stressing the same point in cell.(ok half the time he was talking bout some science experiment). pity i had to run off early for momma's day lunch. yeap and after that im here writing this.
in cd player(rather saf computer): beanfield... some electro chill out album recommended to me by the grammaphone guy.. not too but, but i think too much use of electro-fx.
